This spatious villa is the ideal location for two/three familly holidays.The bedrooms are equipped to accommodate forthteen people, in addition there are facilities for two further people in the lounge by opening the couch into a queen size bed ( linen supplied ).The two master bedrooms have king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. The four twin room have built in wardrobes.

All bedrooms have a television, and all rooms have full air conditioning, plus ceiling fans for extra confort.

Fully fitted kitcken with electric cooker, micro wave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and electric dish washer and large fridge /freezer.

The laundry room has a full size washing machine, dryer, ironing board.


The large pool features an extended deck area, for ample sunbathing space.

This Seven Bedroom Villa is located on Lake Berkley Drive a beautiful up-market development in West Kissimmee, off US Highway 192. Lake Berkley is beside a large woodland-fringed spring-fed lake, which has a sandy beach, a dock, a boardwalk nature trail, volleyball and tennis courts.

There is a new 24/7 Wal-Mart Superstore less than a mile from the front door of this villa north on highway 27.
